    That's not a rumor. Judge Sotomayer was nominated a few weeks ago I think.

    Per phone call to chambers, Cabranes, Walker and Winter are all full for 2010-2011.

    What is the best way to find out who is rumored to be up for elevation? Several seats on this Court are becoming available due to judges taking senior status.
