ReplyDeleteGeneral question about timeline for grads, as opposed to 3Ls: is there a pattern as to when NY judges look at grad resumes? I know some have hired for '10, but of the rest, is it typical to read grad resumes during July-August? Or do they just sit in a pile til September?
ReplyDeleteif they are looking for grads, they typically (but uniformly) hire in July/August (if not earlier). If you're a grad, do everything you can to apply for the 3L rush.

ReplyDeleteI am looking for a Clerkship in New York State. I was accepted into the Law Office Study Program. It is 520.4 under The New York Court of Appeals. It is an old but currently still in effect statute and I am looking for a Clerkship in New York. Any suggestions?
