Anyone know what the procedure and/or timeline is for applying to the New York Court of Appeals? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteNY Court of Appeals and NYC Supreme Court Commercial Division are the only NY state courts that typically hire term clerks. The rest of the state system uses permanent clerks (or court attorneys). Info on applying can be found here:

ReplyDeleteI had an interview for the 4th dept. on 10/8 and still have not heard back either way on the next round of interviews. Anyone else heard?
ReplyDeleteI had an interview with the 4th dept. in late September and also haven't heard anything. Assuming it's not good news, since I haven't heard back.
