Puerto Rico

Post an anonymous comment with information regarding clerkship interviews, hirings, vacancies, and the like, regarding the U.S. District Court Judges of Puerto Rico.

  1. I have a question, not a comment. Does anyone know if you need to be fluent in Spanish to clerk in Puerto Rico? Thanks!

  2. Procedures are conducted in English, as well as any documentation submitted to or issued by the court. If a witness Is unable to speak Spanish, a translator will be present.

  3. Says on Oscar that Spanish is preferred but not required.
