  8. Anyone else notice how little information is being posted this year on this site compared to last year? By this time last year, there were three times more comments on the third circuit thread than there are this year. Second Circuit also looks similarly quiet (haven't looked at others). Any suggestions on why? Is everyone more tightlipped now that these positions are harder to get? Are judges just not interviewing as early this year?

  9. I think lawclerkaddict may be diverting a lot of traffic.

  10. I submitted an hard copy application to a judge who is now accepting applications via OSCAR. Should I also apply via OSCAR, or am I safe to assume that my hard copy application (sent well before the judge even posted on OSCAR) will be considered? Thanks!

  11. To 7:34, I would submit on OSCAR, too. Many judges will indicate that they accept both methods, when in reality they only look at one form.
