Thanks to Law Clerk Addict, it appears that Judges Stephen Reinhardt and Consuelo Callahan may be hiring, and Judge Dorothy Nelson may be scheduling interviews.
Also per Law Clerk Addict, Chief Judge Alex Kozinski and Judges Dorothy Nelson, Andrew Kleinfeld, and Richard Tallman are interviewing; Judges Arthur Alarcon, Jay Bybee, Kim Wardlaw, and Pamela Rymer have partially hired; and Judge Ferdinand Fernandez and Barry Silverman are done.
Got an email from Boochever's secretary with the following sentence: Unfortunately, he will no longer be hiring new law clerks. Does that mean he only has career clerks or is retiring? Or, is that simply a rejection stated awkwardly?
Judge Reinhardt has completed his clerkship hiring for 2010-11. He has hired one clerk from Harvard (class of 2010), one clerk from Stanford (class of 2010), and two clerks from Yale (class of 2010).
Kleinfeld's chambers have been calling for his remaining 2010 slot. Per Law Clerk Addict, one of his hires is a Penn 3L, the other is a Northwestern grad.
