  8. What are the odds of new Obama appointees in the Fourth Circuit within the next year? Guesses on locations?

  9. Obama nominated Judge Andre Davis (D. Md.) to the 4th Cir. a few months ago. The nomination has been cleared by the Judiciary Committee, and it looks like he'll get a confirmation vote some time before August.
