  2. NY Court of Appeals and NYC Supreme Court Commercial Division are the only NY state courts that typically hire term clerks. The rest of the state system uses permanent clerks (or court attorneys). Info on applying can be found here:

  5. I had an interview for the 4th dept. on 10/8 and still have not heard back either way on the next round of interviews. Anyone else heard?

  6. I had an interview with the 4th dept. in late September and also haven't heard anything. Assuming it's not good news, since I haven't heard back.

    Anyone also interview with the 3rd dept.? I have an upcoming interview and wondering if the process is similar to the 4th dept.
