  1. Where can one find information on clerking for this Court? I can't seem to find anything online. Thanks.

  2. That may be intentional! ;) Only link I know of is the general U.S. Courts description of both FISA courts.

  3. Wikipedia got me pointed in the right direction. Seriously. I'm looking at FISA for the first time right now. A FISA clerkship is what I want. Digging around on Google for 20 minutes got me the info I needed to send off my applications.

  4. Disregard my previous post. It's harder than I thought. I'm interviewing with Feldman but will work only on his non-FISA stuff in his New Orleans office. When he does his FISA work he goes to the FISA Court in DC for a week at a time, then returns to his New Orleans office to resume work on his non-FISA normal Federal cases. His JA told me today that there "are no internships available at the FISA Court" in DC but that there are internships available in Feldman's New Orleans office in support of his normal Federal non-FISA work.

  5. Do you know if already having a clearance would allow you to clerk for FISA? or is that just something they do not do.
